Recent updates

  • [Dec 7] Instructions on submitting your final projects have been posted. Please use T-Square to turn everything in by Wednesday, December 10th at 11:59pm.
  • [Nov 11] The tarball for Homework #3 has been updated. Please use this version instead of any older versions.
  • [Nov 8] Homework #3 posted. In this assignment, you will parallelize a dynamic programming solution to the 0-1 knapsack problem, using MPI.
  • [Sep 29] Project proposal assignment posted.
  • [Sep 24] Homework #2 posted. It's a "pencil & paper" assignment, due October 7 at noon.
  • [Sep 6] The Makefile included in the tarball provided with Homework #1 has been patched.
  • [Aug 31] Homework #1 has been posted under Assignments. This assignment is due at 11:59pm on September 18th, 2008.
  • [Aug 29] The T.A., Eric, has updated his office hours on the Syllabus, to Wednesdays 1-2pm in the CoC common area.
  • [Aug 21] I've posted information on the class Google group in the Syllabus as well. Please use this group to find partners for homework #1 (to be posted).
